Kristen B. Klotz is an Associate in the Tucson office. She has been practicing law in Tucson since 1991, where she graduated from the University of Arizona Law School magna cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Klotz was a member of the University of Arizona Law Review. Her Note, Prosecuting Pregnant Addicts for Dealing to the Unborn, 33 Arizona Law Review 221, was published in 1991. Ms. Klotz has extensive experience in employment law, representing both employers and employees, school law and general civil litigation in state and federal courts. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the American Bar Association, and the Pima County Bar Association. Ms. Klotz is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Klotz also serves on the Board of Directors of Literacy Volunteers of Tucson.
