Marian C. LaLonde is an Associate in the Tucson office and is focusing her practice primarily in the area of public land, environmental, agricultural, and administrative law. Ms. LaLonde graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education and a Minor in Political Science. She received her J.D. from the University of Arizona in 2006. While in law school, Ms. LaLonde lobbied the 47th Regular Session of the Arizona Legislature and secured passage of the Emancipation of Minors law, A.R.S. §§ 12-2451-12-2456. She was also a member of the 2006-2007 Moot Court Board and participated in the Law School's Child Advocacy Clinic where she represented children involved in the State Foster Care System. Ms. LaLonde actively participates in homeless youth and child advocacy efforts in the community and serves as President-Elect on the Board of Directors for Youth on Their Own.
Ms. LaLonde has also been a presenter and keynote speaker at seminars related to homeless and at-risk youth, emancipation, and the legislative process. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Youth Educational Security and as the Vice-President of the Old Adobe Arabian Horse Association. Formerly, Ms. LaLonde worked as a rule writer for the Pima County.
