GARY F. URMAN is a Shareholder in the Tucson office.  His practice focuses on school law, including school-related litigation, public contracts and employment issues.  In addition, Mr. Urman practices commercial and general civil litigation involving a wide variety of areas including landlord and tenant disputes, collections, insurance, personal injury, employment, election issues, business sales, restrictive covenants, public lands, loans, contracts and construction disputes.  Mr. Urman has presented cases before judges and juries in all state and federal courts in Arizona and in the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. The variety in his practice has enabled him to use procedures and remedies to seek creative resolutions to problems and disputes. He has served as a speaker to lawyers, paralegals and the general public on civil litigation practice and procedure, employment issues and legal issues involving landlords and tenants. Mr. Urman received his J.D. with distinction from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1987.  He is a member of the Pima County Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona and the NSBA National Council of School Attorneys.
