WAYNE E. YEHLING, the Firm’s current Managing Shareholder, concentrates his practice on civil litigation and domestic relations issues. A substantial portion of his civil litigation practice includes issues involving employment and education law.  He represents and advises businesses and governmental entities, including school districts and community colleges, in employee discipline and termination matters.  He assists his clients in responding to civil rights and employment discrimination complaints.  With respect to his domestic relations practice, he represents clients in dissolution actions, preparation of pre-marital agreements, and other aspects of family law, including providing advice and representation to non-married and same sex couples.  Mr. Yehling’s experience includes trial work and appellate practice, having handled in excess of 100 appeals.  Before joining the Firm he was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Thomas C. Kleinschmidt of the Arizona Court of Appeals and an Assistant Pima County Public Defender.  He received his J.D. degree with distinction from the University of Arizona and his undergraduate degree from St. John’s College Seminary in Camarillo, California.
