Peter Goldman Joins E-Commerce and Technology Law Committee

Peter B. Goldman has been elected to serve as an Executive Committee member for the Arizona State Bar’s E-commerce and Technology Section, commonly known as the “E-Section.”  His term begins this year and will end in 2015.

Mr. Goldman is a Shareholder in the Tucson office of DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy, P.C.  He is a registered U.S. Patent Attorney whose Intellectual Property Law practice focuses on patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright matters, including commercial law related to science- and technology-based issues.

Mr. Goldman has many Tucson clients, but he ultimately practices federally, carrying his work in his laptop to serve clients from Atlanta to San Francisco and Los Angeles, New York to Germany, and within the Research Triangle.  His extensive “laptop litigation” experience makes him a well-qualified addition to E-Section, which is dedicated to promoting and advancing the practice of Internet, information technology and e-business law in Arizona.

Mr. Goldman is a graduate of Dartmouth College; has a Ph.D. from Harvard University; and earned his law degree at the University of Arizona.

DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy, P.C., founded in 1968 and one of Southern Arizona’s largest law firms with offices in Tucson, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Flagstaff, conducts a full service, multidisciplinary practice.
