Logan E. Namanny is an associate attorney in the Phoenix office of DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy, P.C., focusing her practice on matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, guardianship and conservatorship, trusts and decedent’s estates, elder abuse, exploitation of vulnerable adults, mental health law, court-ordered treatment, and protection of the seriously mentally ill (SMI) and the developmentally challenged.

Logan received her J.D. from Drake University Law School, graduating summa cum laude and receiving eight (8) CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for her scholastic achievements.  While pursuing her J.D. at Drake University Law School, Logan received her license to practice as a student attorney, clerked for The Honorable Christopher McDonald at the Supreme Court of Iowa, and served as the Articles Editor for the Drake Law Review, where her Note is published.  Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, Logan was an attorney for Brown Winick Law Firm in Des Moines, Iowa.
