DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy, P.C. was named 2013 Outstanding Firm of the Year by Southern Arizona Legal Aid’s Volunteer Lawyers Program during its Annual Awards Celebration on October 17, 2013. In a letter announcing the award, VLP Program Director Michele M. Mirto noted that the firm’s “significant work” and “ongoing commitment to helping those most in need” resulted in a unanimous vote to select the firm for this year’s award.
Southern Arizona Legal Aid established the Volunteer Lawyer Program to make legal services available to people who otherwise could not afford them. VLP holds its annual awards luncheon to recognize, celebrate and honor program participants.
