Heather K. Gaines has been invited to share her extensive knowledge of real property issues at the Tucson Paralegal Association’s upcoming 2012 Spring Seminar. Her educational seminar will cover topics such as forms of ownership, conveyance and financing, as well as property rights issues.
Ms. Gaines is a shareholder in DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy’s Tucson office, and has been with the firm since 2000, specializing in a wide range of real estate matters. She has assisted clients with sales, acquisitions, and financing of commercial property, as well as all aspects of property management and lease enforcement. Additionally, she maintains a general corporate and commercial practice, and has considerable experience representing and advising school districts.
A graduate of the University of Arizona, Ms. Gaines earned her J.D. from the U of A’s College of Law, graduating cum laude. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Real Property Section, Pima County Bar Association, and the Arizona Women Lawyers’ Association.
