Corrales will be a guest panelist for the Tucson Chapter of the Federal Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Lunchtime CLE: A Discussion On Recent Amendments To Local Rules. This bench and bar discussion will be held Monday, October 22, 2018, at Tucson Bankruptcy Court, room 240. The Discussion will be led by Chief Bankruptcy Judge Brenda Moody Whinery and Bankruptcy Judge Scott Gan. The CLE is open to FBA members and non-members. Jody Corrales is a member of the Federal Bar Association – Tucson Chapter and currently serves as a Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference, a role bestowed upon her by the federal judges of the District of Arizona.
Corrales focuses her practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. She is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification and is certified as a Bankruptcy Specialist by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization.
