Kevin S. Woldhagen
Kevin Woldhagen is an associate attorney in the Tucson Office of DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy, P.C. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. After years of working in refugee resettlement and as an immigration representative, he attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate in May of 2023. There, he wrote a Note for the University of the Pacific Law Review and served on its board as the Chief Technical Editor, and obtained certificates in Environmental Law, Water Law, and Government Law.
Mr. Woldhagen served as a judicial law clerk for two courts; first at the California Superior Court in San Francisco serving several judges, then at the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division II in Tucson, clerking for The Honorable Judge Peter Eckerstrom. Between these two experiences, he developed a keen insight into how different judges approach judicial decision-making. This familiarity allows him to advise and assist clients with confidence, both in avoiding and navigating litigation.
