Tax Law
The Firm is experienced in federal, state and local taxation matters. We have handled a wide variety of matters involving individual income tax, tax collections, sales tax and property tax. We have extensive experience working with the Internal Revenue Service, the Arizona Department of Revenue and various Arizona County Assessors and Treasurers. We have also litigated matters in Arizona and Nevada administrative tribunals and courts as well as federal courts. We also assist clients with tax advice regarding potential transactions and have drafted documents to assist with client tax needs.
Probate and Mental Health Law
