Paul M. Tilley
Paul M. Tilley is a Shareholder in the Tucson office. His practice focuses on public lands law, mining law, natural resources and environmental law, water law, and general commercial and real estate matters. Paul advises clients on a broad array of issues related to the development and acquisition of natural resources projects, and renewable energy projects, on public and private lands. This includes title considerations, general business and corporate matters, financing, permitting, due diligence, and the acquisition and conveyance of water rights. He also advises mining clients regarding mining claim staking conflicts and disputes.
